Privacy Policy
How SlashPromo handles inquiries and website information.
Effective: 5 November 2026 · Applies to the SlashPromo website.
Information you provide
SlashPromo currently accepts business and visitor inquiries through email or an external messaging service. When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, organization, phone number and any information you choose to send. Please do not email private patient records or sensitive medical information.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to answer questions, assess proposed promotions, resolve corrections and administer website communications. We do not publish private contact information without authorization.
Hosting and technical data
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. The hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, device details and request logs to provide the site, prevent abuse and maintain service reliability. We count aggregate outbound clicks on sponsored campaign links without retaining individual visitor identifiers for these counts. We do not currently add behavioral advertising or visitor profiling scripts. Approved campaign images may be loaded from external image providers, subject to their own privacy practices.
Third-party websites
Links to Slashcure and other external sites are governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for their information practices.
Retention, security and requests
We aim to keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, legitimate operational needs and applicable obligations. Email and third-party messaging carry inherent risks. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you provided by contacting info@slashcure.com, subject to applicable requirements.
Changes
We may update this policy when new services, analytics, submission forms or other features are introduced. Any material changes will be reflected on this page.
